September 2017

Happy Fall blues fans. Been awhile since we been able to update the web site. As always sorry it took so long, but a lot has happened since the last post. The summer flew by so quickly and “the boys” played a lot of wonderful gigs!!

In July we headed to the the best gig of the year, and every year, is the TGIS series at the palace theater in downtown Greensburg. Had a lot of friends and family show up there that we had not seen in awhile. The band then headed to Jaffre’s for a great show on Jackie’s birthday, it also turned out to be Vinnie’s class reunion night and they packed the place. In august, it started out with a bang as we hit the annual hilltop picnic, great food, great friends, and i can,t speak highly enough about the homemade sangria. We were honored to play the Slickville 100th anniversary of there volunteer fire department on Aug. 11th. Thank you so much fellas!

August also ushered in Vinnie’s birthday on the 24th, Vinnie and bob did the acoustic thing at the pier and celebrated Vin’s birthday in style, (there,s a few stories there that will never be forgotten) and of course the birthday celebration didn’t stop there. Friday the 25th found us at the Ramada and then Sunday we ended the weekend at the AMS club. Took a few days to recover from that weekend!!!!

If you don,t already know, Vinnie has announced his retirement. He is on to further adventures. Vin it has been a blast!!!!!! Thanks for everything.

That said we have two more full band gigs to go. 1st we return for the final TGIS series at the palace theater “Friday Sept. 8th”  where we are privileged to take the main stage that we will share with 3 others great bands from the area. The kick off at the palace is 6 o,clock.

On “Sunday Sept. 10th”, we hit the stage at the all saints brewery in Greensburg at 5 pm. This is an outside gig and it doesn’t get any better than craft beers, good food, and the blues!!!!

The acoustic gigs will continue with two stops before the end of the year. First date is Friday Oct. 27th, and the next to end the year is Friday Dec. 22nd both at Stonewater bar located at Spitfire grill on broad st in south Greensburg.

Please come out to these last two full band gigs Sept, 8th and Sept. 10th to give Vinnie a fond goodbye.
Vinnie the fat lady is warming, up buddy!!!!!!!!

Thank you everyone for your much appreciated support, and above all love.

As always “keep on bluesin’
